The ASAP Audit platform is a client portal designed to facilitate 401(k) plan audit engagements. The platform allows you to upload documents, connect payroll providers, and track the progress of your audit engagement. Use of the platform does not by itself establish a professional engagement relationship.
A professional audit engagement with CJ CPAs, PLLC is established only upon the execution of a signed engagement letter. The terms and conditions of any audit engagement are governed by that engagement letter, not by these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information through the platform. The quality and timeliness of our audit services depends on the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.
The platform, including its design, features, and content, is the property of CJ CPAs, PLLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CJ CPAs, PLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Professional liability for audit services is governed by the terms of your engagement letter.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
